Before CopperBuilds, Luis spent four years in a BPO call center supporting American homeowners on behalf of Time Warner Cable. He wanted to build something of his own—a team he could manage directly and clients he could serve the right way. He left to freelance as an SEO specialist and web developer, building sites for small businesses and learning what actually moves rankings. What he found: most small businesses were being sold on design when they needed results. CopperBuilds was built as the alternative.
