4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
We may share your information with trusted third-party tools we use to operate our business:
- Google Analytics—website traffic analysis
- Google Workspace—email and document storage
- Payment processors—for processing invoices (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your payment card details.
- Project management tools—for internal project coordination only
- GoHighLevel—lead automation and call tracking for clients on Lead Machine and Market Leader retainer plans. GoHighLevel assigns a tracking phone number to the client's website, logs and records incoming calls, and sends automated SMS messages on behalf of the client business. Callers are notified by an automated message that the call may be recorded before the call connects. Call and SMS data is used solely to provide lead management and reporting to the client.
- BrightLocal—local SEO management for retainer clients, including citation tracking and automated review request campaigns. When enabled, BrightLocal sends review request emails and SMS messages to customers on behalf of the client business. Customer contact information used for review requests is provided by the client and processed by BrightLocal under their own privacy policy.
Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We only share the minimum information necessary for each tool to function.
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of CopperBuilds or others.
Call recording notice
Websites we manage under Lead Machine and Market Leader retainer plans include call tracking and SMS automation powered by GoHighLevel. Phone calls made to tracked numbers on those websites may be recorded. An automated disclosure message notifies callers before the call connects. Recordings are accessible only to CopperBuilds and the client whose website generated the call, and are retained in accordance with GoHighLevel's data retention policy.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels for ad retargeting.
