Before CopperBuilds, Luis spent four years in a BPO call center supporting American homeowners on behalf of Time Warner Cable. He wanted to build something of his own—a team he could manage directly and clients he could serve the right way. He left to freelance as an SEO specialist and web developer, building sites for small businesses and learning what actually moves rankings. That experience showed him how much small businesses need a reliable partner who understands their work—so he built CopperBuilds to be exactly that.
